Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in our association. The criteria for acceptance as a new member are as follows:

• You are at least 25 years old.
• You have been or are currently a member of a national U16, Boys, Juniors, Mid-Amateurs, Amateurs, or Senior team.
• You have been selected at least once for an international individual or team championship as part of the national team.
